Ingredients:
- 1 cup of passion fruit pulp
- 1 table spoon of agave syrup (best substitutes are raw honey or maple syrup)
- 2 table spoons of lemon juice (Or lime if preferred)
- 1 shot of mezcal ENTRE BESOS ® (either or)
- 2 slices of jalapeno
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Preparation:
In a blender, mix the passion fruit pulp, lemon juice (Or lime if preferred) & agave syrup (best substitutes are raw honey or maple syrup) (approximately 1 min.). Strain and place the mixture in a shaker with ice cubes, the mezcal and the jalapeño.
Shake & decorate with flowers, lemon wedge (Or lime if preferred) & mint leaves.
