THEY MAKE YOU FEEL A SPECIAL ENERGY
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of mezcal ENTRE BESOS ® (either or)
- Spiced Coffee (Café de Olla)
- Evaporated milk
- Whipping cream
- Sugar, worm salt (or tajin chili)
- Ice cubes
- 2 whole cloves
- Piloncillo (Unrefined sugar that has a caramel-like flavor that is comonly used in Mexico for some traditional dishes)
Preparation:
Boil water with cinnamon, cloves and piloncillo until completely dissolved. Add evaporated milk, mezcal and whipping cream and boil for 3 more minutes. Frost a glass with sugar and worm salt and serve the coffee mezcal with ice.
