FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT AFRAID OF “R” RATED KISSES
Ingredients:
- 4 olives and fennel seeds to decorate
- 2 oz of mezcal espadin ENTRE BESOS ®
- 1 ½ oz of olive brine
- 1 oz of mandarin liqueur
- 1 oz of lime juice (Or lemon if preferred)
Preparation:
Chill 2 Martini glasses and thread 2 olives on a cocktail stick. In a shaker add the rest of the ingredients and shake until it is very cold, serve and decorate with the fennel and the olive toothpick.
