BITTERSWEET

MAYBE ONE FOR THE ROAD BUT IT LEAVES YOU WITH A GREAT TASTE

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of chamoy (Apricot bittersweet sauce)
  • 2 oz of mezcal ENTRE BESOS ® (either or)
  • 3 cups of soda water
  • 1 table spoon of salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • Lemon juice (Or lime if preferred) and ice cubes

Preparation:

Frost the glasses with sugar, salt and lemon (Or lime if preferred). Mix the mezcal with the tamarind in the shaker, shake, serve in glasses with ice cubes and fill with soda water.
